Why Sense-Sational®?

We are a sensory-led wellbeing community of experienced professionals, brought together by the shared vision to improve your employee morale and holistic wellbeing through in-person experiences.

We create powerful sensory experience days that help to improve your workplace wellbeing by reducing loneliness, stress, absenteeism and presenteeism, whilst increasing productivity and profitability.

At the core of every experience that we deliver is the importance of engaging the 5 senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch) to provide unique ways to immerse your employees in new sense-sational® experiences.

Our 3 Pillars of Wellbeing

Social

Our in-person social wellbeing experiences make space for your people to nurture healthy relationships and create a sense of community. We do this by focussing on a shared food experience, with additional communal therapies.

Examples

Mental

Our in-person mental wellbeing experiences give your people direct access to some of the best advocates in the mental health space. We help to improve mental wellbeing by addressing key topics, and providing practical advice.

Examples

Physical

Our in-person physical wellbeing experiences empower your people to take a rare moment to slow down and be present through physical experiences. We do this by focusing on activities mostly involving breath work and movement.

Our mission

To help culture-focused leaders sustainably improve employee wellbeing and morale, across the UK, through in-person experiences.

We do this by recognising and rewarding your employees through powerful in-person sensory experience days that reduce loneliness, stress, absenteeism and presenteeism, whilst increasing productivity and profitability.
