How we work

Step 1

You fill out an enquiry form

This is your opportunity to tell us about your event. The more you can tell us about the ideas you have, the better informed we will be. The enquiry form will allow you the space to be as detailed as you need, whilst also asking for specific information, including:

Within 1 business day we will be in touch to discuss your enquiry.

Step 2

We speak to the Caterly Community

Once we have a clear understanding of what it is you are looking for, we will get to work on bringing your vision to life.

Whether it is just the catering, or an end-to-end event planning and production service that you require, we will reach out to the necessary suppliers within the Caterly Community that will enhance your event and make it a truly sense-sational experience.

Step 3

We provide you with the best matches

We pride ourselves on a thorough enquiry process, so that once we have spoken to the Caterly Community, we are confident in delivering your bespoke proposal.

Within each proposal, you can expect to see a range of quotes, visuals, and further information from the suppliers that best-match your needs.

Step 4

You confirm your booking

Once you are happy with your chosen suppliers, we will go ahead and confirm your event with them via one of our flexible payment options. For your peace of mind, most of your money is held securely by us until after the event.

Once your suppliers are locked-in, our in-house event specialists will then get to work creating your personalised event brief to ensure no stone is left unturned ahead of your event.

WhyCaterly

We save you the time and hassle of trying to organise an event on your own. Our in-house event specialists are on hand to help you to create your perfect event alongside our hand-selected Caterly Community, who have delivered corporate events for some of the most iconic companies in the UK.

In the unlikely event that a caterer needs to cancel the booking, we will find a similar or better replacement, or provide a full refund.

If a dispute arises, we’ll investigate and provide a refund if needed, as long as we’re notified beforehand, since we hold most of your funds securely.

We provide you with the necessary legal documents and best-practice risk assessments ahead of your event, including: 5* Hygiene Proof, PLI, and HACCP.

What ourcustomers say...
