Frequently asked questions

Will the experience be worth what we pay?

Absolutely! In the UK, more than 13.7 million working days are lost every year because of job-related stress. When you invest in your employees’ social, mental and physical well-being, through in-person experiences, you create a collaborative atmosphere that reduces employee stress and creates community, ultimately saving you money. We even offer money-back guarantees for our holistic wellbeing experiences because we are that confident in the results you will get.

Absolutely! The whole purpose of delivering bespoke experiences is that your employees truly benefit. Whether a simple street food lunch or a fully coordinated team-building day, we will go above and beyond to ensure your employees get the results your desire. Our holistic wellbeing solution includes setting objectives with your senior leadership team and tracking progress against those objectives. To collect the data, our in-house, British Psychological Society-accredited workplace researcher uses specific surveys, known for their credibility and high accuracy.

Great question! From as little as 1 hour, we can provide wellbeing experiences to your employees, although we would recommend doing this regularly for maximum results. This is because improving wellbeing is a journey, not a quick-fix. According to Deloitte (2022), poor mental wellbeing leads to lower productivity, increased absences and more frequent resignations, all of which can negatively affect your bottom line.

We do all of the pre-event planning for you and even provide you with useful guides, toolkits and packs including everything from marketing material to compliance documentation. Depending on the experience you choose, we even provide on the day coordination.
