1. Booking Protection
In the highly unlikely event that a caterer needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances – such as extreme weather, vehicle malfunction, or equipment failure – we will work around the clock to provide a similar replacement or provide a full refund.
2. Financial Security
In the highly unlikely event that a dispute arises, as we securely hold the majority of funds, we will launch a thorough investigation and, where necessary, provide a substantial refund.
3. Compliance Confidence
We work very closely with our caterers in the Caterly Community to ensure that prior to any event you have access to all of the necessary legal documents and best-practice risk assessments, including: 5* Hygiene Proof, PLI, and HACCP documents – as well as gas and PAT certificates, if required. We conduct a thorough onboarding process and ensure that we work with only the most diligent caterers.
4. Communication Confidence
Our highly experienced customer experience team will be in constant communication with you in the build-up to your event. You will have mobile access to a designated customer experience manager so if you have any last-minute queries or worries, we will be on hand to help remove any stress.
