The benefits of using an agency to source food for your corporate event

Leave your employees with something to taco ‘bout!

A corporate event can be a great opportunity for your company to strengthen its relationships with clients, employees, and other key stakeholders, so you don’t want them leaving with a sour taste in their mouths.

Whether you’re celebrating a summer party, your annual awards, hosting clients or simply want to treat your employees to a tasty office lunch, an event catering agency can only make it better.

Choosing a specialist agency to source the best of the best in the food business will not only save you time and money, it’ll ensure you provide an accredited, high quality food service for everyone in attendance and create a positive work environment with boosted morale.

Why is professional catering important for your event?

Professional, high quality and, of course, totally delicious. That’s what you’re looking for in the food and drink of any event.

The catering for your corporate event plays a critical role in its success. It can be a cost effective way to add value to your event and vastly improve the experience for attendees.

Local, independent caterers have access to a much more authentic range of food, drink and equipment than an in-house caterer. So, if you’re wanting to create an event that says “WOW!” to important stakeholders or a potential new client then using independent caterers is the way to go.

Ensuring all guests are accommodated for and any allergies or intolerances are taken into consideration is being served is something that should come second nature to a catering company. You can save yourself a lot of anxiety and stress from doing all this yourself by outsourcing your catering to the experts.

You wouldn’t walk into a meeting with an untucked shirt, messy hair and odd socks – you need to show professionalism, togetherness and presentability. The same should apply to your catering of a corporate event.

What is the Catering Excellence Benchmark?

All the caterers in the Caterly Community are required to meet the Catering Excellence Benchmark™, a standard that lets our customers know they’ll receive the very best food, service and experience, from the most hygienic and sustainability conscious vendors.

That’s why choosing an agency, like us, to source the food for your corporate event will not only give you more time for the logistics of the event, the guest list and overall planning, you’ll have the peace of mind that your guests will get the highest quality service and exceptional dishes.
